In its Code of Ethics, Poste Italiane Group, aware that ethical behaviour represents a value and condition of success and that principles such as honesty, moral integrity, transparency, reliability and sense of responsibility form the all-important base of all the activities characterising its mission, set the guidelines for behaviour in internal relations and in relations with all stakeholders: customers, suppliers, institutions, representative bodies, the environment. The Code of Ethics is targeted at managers, all Poste Italiane Group employees and all those working on behalf of the Group’s companies, either temporarily or permanently. The principles and rules of behaviour approved by the Code of Ethics help assert Poste Italiane Group’s credibility in the civil and economic world, converting appreciation of the values which characterise the company’s way of working into a competitive advantage. |
